Hi, I’m Dr. Hayley Trower, PhD.
I’m a holistic integrative psychotherapist specialising in helping sensitive women reclaim their voices, restore balance, and embrace their sensitivity as a strength. I offer a creative and synergistic approach, combining talking therapy with mind-body techniques like breathwork, mindfulness, and deep relaxation. Together, we can uncover the subconscious patterns holding you back, so you can break free from anxiety and self-doubt, and live with confidence, presence, and ease.
