Complaints about how I handle your personal data:
If you have any concerns about how I collect, use, or store your personal data, I'd encourage you to come to me first. You can do that by emailing me at hello@hayleytrower.com, and I'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and keep you updated as I look into it. I'll always explain my findings and what, if anything, I'll be doing differently as a result.
If you'd like to make a complaint on behalf of someone else, that's fine β I may ask for a brief note confirming they've given you authority to do so.

Disclosure of your information:
I work with a small number of trusted individuals who support the running of my practice. This currently includes an administrative assistant who manages payment tracking and has access to your name and contact details for this purpose only. She does not have access to your clinical records or session notes, and is bound by a written data processing agreement obliging her to handle your information securely and confidentially. Your data will not otherwise be shared with third parties unless I have your explicit consent, or unless I am required to do so by law.
