After previously trying CBT therapy for anxiety, & realising it did not work for me, I was looking for a new approach. I heard about the Reach programme & liked their ethos. Hayley, was very helpful and supportive on our initial phone call & we started sessions straight away.
After a few months working together I have found the sessions incredibly useful, learning things about myself, behaviour and thought patterns which I had never realised before. Instead of just dealing with the symptoms I feel we are trying to get to the root of the problem & make changes at a deeper level. Already I’m finding that I understand myself better and am able to use strategies to manage my anxiety.

Having struggled with anxiety/low self-esteem since a child and having gone through a number of emotional/stressful situations that were really starting to take there toll on my mental health and well-being at the age of 51 I felt that I needed to seek some professional help to help me manage how I was processing my emotions and feelings.
