After previously trying CBT therapy for anxiety, & realising it did not work for me, I was looking for a new approach. I heard about the Reach programme & liked their ethos. Hayley, was very helpful and supportive on our initial phone call & we started sessions straight away.

After a few months working together I have found the sessions incredibly useful, learning things about myself, behaviour and thought patterns which I had never realised before. Instead of just dealing with the symptoms I feel we are trying to get to the root of the problem & make changes at a deeper level. Already I’m finding that I understand myself better and am able to use strategies to manage my anxiety.

I would highly recommend to anyone, even if you have tried different therapies before - it’s always worth trying a different approach to see if it can help you too.
